Cancellation/Refund Policy for the 2016 PMO Symposium
Full refunds, less a US$50.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing before the early registration deadline (16 August 2016). Refunds less US$150.00 per registrant will be granted to written requests received between 17 August and 26 October 2016; however, registration substitutions may be made in writing without penalty. Refunds will not be given to registrants who do not attend without canceling in advance (no shows). All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of PMO Symposium. No refunds will be granted after 26 October 2016.
